Advice & Guidance: Navigating leaseholders and their representatives through the remediation process, safeguarding their interests and keeping them updated and informed throughout.

BUILDING SAFETY

Early Stage Support: Undertake a thorough review of existing building data and surveys to establish our Client's BSA 2022 compliance requirements.

Roadmap to Compliance: Present a strategic plan to robustly deliver the individual project through to completion.

Final Sign-off: Secure essential completion documents, including Building completion certificate, FRAEW and EWS1.

Safety Case & Safety Case Reports: Compile Safety Cases and author Safety Case Reports for HRBs, including facilitating third-party technical input for submission to the BSR.

COST ADVICE

Remediation Experience: Using our detailed knowledge and experience of remediation to provide both high-level and detailed cost advice, including optioneering.

Cost Control: Provide responsive cost control services throughout the delivery of works, assessing cost implications from additional works and variations.

FUNDING SUPPORT

Eligibility: Working with clients to establish their eligibility for funding either via the CSS or BSF and securing funds for pre-tender support.

Grant Submission & Applications: Provide hands-on assistance throughout the process including taking all necessary steps for funding compliance.

Variations: Support in making further applications for increased funding due to additional remediation or alterations to the scope.
